June G. Cravenn has been involved in real estate and finance for over 20 years working with clients and properties nationwide and currently hold a brokers license in Nevada and California. She has also been licensed in the past in Florida, Texas and Georgia.

June initially began her career in commercial real estate and finance in California after establishing herself as an accountant with one of the top ten national accounting firms.

For ten years June was president and founder of Cravens International and Cravens Mortgage in Los Angeles, Houston, Austin, San Antonio & Dallas where she represented various tenants in locating retail, office and industrial space, as well as represented numerous buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. Cravens Mortgage specialized in commercial, industrial and upper end residential mortgage brokerage and represented insurance companies, savings and loans, banks, credit companies, pension funds and private investors in locating and underwriting loans for their approval and funding.

June has been applying her knowledge of real estate and finance in the Las Vegas market for the past few years.
